The Jam Project 2013 - with Creative Scotland

The 2013 Jam Project - in association with Creative Scotland - is under way at Glasgow Music Studios!

This project involves writing, rehearsing and recording music with groups of young people aged 10-21.

We offer tailored music workshops for groups and orginisations. Please contact us for more info

WINTER REHEARSAL OFFER - £18 FOR 3hrs. (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm)

Over the winter, we are offering 3hr rehearsals for just £18. Monday - Friday, between the hours of 9am and 6pm.

The Rock Project - Final Tracks Available

For the past 6 months, a team of young adults - with little or no musical background - have been learning to play instruments and write & perform their own songs as part of a band. One of the final stages was to record their songs. Their final showcase will be in the form of live performances at The Garage and The Stand in Glasgow.

Merchant City Festival - Olympic Track

During the recent Merchant City Festival, Glasgow Music Studios welcomed everyone to come along and record a part for a short track. We started off with a drum track, then more people - both kids and adults - came in and added their very own parts over the top.

SUMMER MUSIC COURSE - £12 per lesson.

This summer Glasgow Music Studios are offering you the chance to take an introductory block of classes in either drums, guitar or singing. Why not do all three and be a one man band?! Our tuition team are delighted to provide a four week block of one hour long lessons for new musicians. Our classes will have up to six pupils and will be a fun social learning experience. Lessons are available for children (8-16 years) and adults (16 plus).

Two Door Cinema Club at Glasgow Music Studios!

* Two Door Cinema Club were in the studios recently and they were loving it. Fantastic band and give a super tight performance. Catch them all over the UK as they begin headlining the NME Awards Tour. An absolute pleasure to have these guys play in our rooms and we hope to have them back really soon.

* Launching our Rock Project in association with Creative Scotland. The Rock Project aims to allow young people from Glasgow's East End to take part in music making activities including learning instruments, recording and performing their own music.
