“Booking” means a booking for a service at Glasgow Music Studios Ltd.
“Product” means gift vouchers or any other product sold by Glasgow Music Studios Ltd.
“Contract” means the agreement between us and you to fulfil a Booking or purchase a Product.
“Group” means a group of 2 or more people using a Service at Glasgow Music Studios Ltd.
“Writing” means letter, fax or email.
“GMS” means Glasgow Music Studios Ltd.
2. Acceptance of Booking
All Bookings and Services are subject to acceptance by us. We will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Booking has been successful. The Contract between us will only be formed when we send you this confirmation. All Bookings and Services are subject to availability and Glasgow Music Studios reserves the right to decline any Booking or purchase of a Product at its discretion.
3. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a booking, we require at least 48 hours notice. Otherwise, a 100% charge will apply.
This notice must be in the form of an email or telephone message.
If an online booking is placed whilst an outstanding payment is due, Glasgow Music Studios reserves the right to cancel this booking and retain payment in line with our Cancellation Policy.
Online bookings must be cancelled with at least 48 hours notice – otherwise the full payment will be lost. Payments cannot be transferred to another booking within this period.
If an online booking is placed and cancelled on the same day, the full payment will be retained by Glasgow Music Studios.
We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule music lessons. If a lesson is cancelled less than 48 hours before the lesson then that lesson will be lost and no refund will be given.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds can be requested up to 10 days from point of purchase.
Where a refund is claimed, we will process the refund as quickly as possible, but please allow 28 days.
Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
If your item was purchased at an offer price, your refund will be based on that promotional price.
Refunds will be made at manager’s discretion.
5. If we change your Booking
In the unlikely event that it becomes necessary to change your Booking, in total or in part, Glasgow Music Studios will inform you as soon as is reasonably possible of any necessary changes. You will have the choice of: accepting the changed arrangements; or making another Booking (and paying or receiving a refund in respect of any differences); or cancelling your Booking and receiving a full refund of all payments made.
If your behaviour or the behaviour of any member(s) of your Group is deemed to be unacceptable or causes damage, your Booking may be terminated and you may be asked to leave GMS premises. No whole or part refunds will be made under these circumstances.
7. Written communication
When using our website, you accept that communication with us will be mainly electronic. We will contact you by e-mail or provide you with information by posting notices on our website. By using this website, you agree to this electronic means of communication and you acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communications be in Writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
8. Changing these Terms and Conditions
We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time. You will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time that you make a Booking with us, unless any change is required to be made by law or if we notify you of the change to these terms and conditions before we confirm that your Booking or purchase has been successful.
